Also avoiding sugars  can also lead to a fit and healthy lifestyle. Adding exercise to your daily routine can improve your body fitness. Some examples of healthy choices are: Simply switching from white rice to whole wheat  rice, or instead of driving you can walk. Even just taking a daily vitamin can improve your bodies health.

Why Sugar is Bad!

Why Sugar is Bad

People eat too much sugar because most foods you buy have sugar in them. Some side effects of eating too much sugar are insulin resistance, diabetes, obesity, liver failure, high blood pressure etc. Men should eat about 9 teaspoons of sugar per day and women should eat about 6 teaspoons of sugar per day. Factories don’t put percents for sugar on their labels because its usually over your daily intake of sugar per day. There's so much added sugar in foods because the food industry took out some of the fat in their products and replaced it with sugar.
